returns policy

Before returning any product for any reason, please contact for a Return Authorization number. All product returns must clearly display the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package and should be delivered to Sunlight or an Authorized Service Provider at the customer’s expense. When you contact the Sunlight for a Return Authorization, you will be asked to furnish:

• Name
• Address
• Email
• Telephone number
• Copy of proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the product(s), and purchase date.

After receiving the returned product, Sunlight shall make a final determine, at its discretion, whether the product is eligible for warranty service.


packaging and shipping instructions

All merchandise purchased from Sunlight must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories, literature, and instructions. Your contact information (including name address, email, and telephone number) along with a printed copy of your sales receipt must be included with the product.

When returning an item, place the product box into a sturdy shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original product package. For your protection, the product must be shipped via a traceable method, UPS or FedEx is recommended. We also recommend that you insure the package with the carrier. Sunlight is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
